Camp Gus, also know as Gustafson, is the home to many of our camp outs and meetings. It’s Home to beautiful scenery, many campsites, and even an amphitheater. Founded in 1963, it is where most of our campouts happen .
This if one of many camp sites to be found at Camp Gustafson. Having a campsite at camp gus is so great because each troop gets its own tent area, fireplace, and tabletop. These campsites are all connected via paths to the leaders site.
I cannot even begin to explain how beautiful this camp is in both the summer and winter. You’ll find yourself completely engaging in the natural features that Camp Gus has to offer. But that’s just during the day. At night, the camp takes on a whole new life. Campfire games, Troop-wide activities, and starry skies are all things easily found.
